Returns are only offered if the item arrives broken or damaged. Proof of damaged item must be shown and I will ask for the item to be sent back. A new item or refund will be sent. Shipping will be covered by me and for damaged item returned or new item sent.

You must send a message about a refund within 7 days of the package arriving according to the tracking service arrival date.

I can ship internationally but please make sure you fill out the forms so it arrives safely to you

Live animals have a 14 day return policy. If the animals becomes sick or dies you will receive a full refund upon proof of said animals sickness or death.

If you can no longer keep the animal I can take it back but you will not receive a refund.
